What is Iter Romanum?

Iter Romanum is a cultural and touristic itinerary which encourages you to discover the roman heritage linked to Roman Roads. Iter Romanum allows us to journey from large towns and roads to quiet byways where we can slow down and stop at villages, bridges, passes, military camps and monuments that symbolised the power of Rome and still maintain their place in the landscape.
